Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Adviser, based in Townsville, QLD. The Travel Adviser will be responsible for assisting clients with travel plans, providing destination advice, booking travel arrangements, coordinating travel itineraries, and managing travel documentation. Additional tasks include responding to client inquiries, promoting travel insurance, and participating in training and industry events to stay current on travel trends and destinations.
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial part in delivering unforgettable travel experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a travel consultant or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills to identify the best travel solutions for clients
  • Thorough knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, airlines, hotels, and other suppliers
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and technology
  • A passion for travel and a desire to share your knowledge and expertise with clients
