We are seeking experienced and reliable Concreters and concrete Labourers to join our team, delivering high-quality concreting services across residential, commercial, and civil projects in the ACT and NSW. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of formwork, reinforcement, and pouring (FRP) processes, with a commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork.

Your job may include:

  • Prepare work sites, including excavation, leveling, and setting out
  • Construct and install formwork and reinforcement for slabs, footings, driveways, and structural elements.
  • Pour, place, and finish concrete to required specifications and tolerances.
  • Operate hand and power tools, including concrete vibrators, screeds, concrete saws, and trowels.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.

Salary will vary on experience, qualification/additional tickets.

Highly regarded applicants may have:

  • Experience with civil works or large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Additional tickets (e.g. excavator, skid steer, EWP, MR or HR licenses) highly regarded.
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport (essential for travel between sites).
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge of FRP processes and site preparation.
