This role will be as a Casual Sales Assistant with regular Saturday shifts at our Bristol Paints Kotara store, with additional shifts that may include work at other store locations in the Hunter. The position includes the opportunity for ongoing training and career growth in future. The day-to-day responsibilities include retail sales and product tinting.

About the Role

Typical Daily Responsibilities:

· Meeting the product and service needs of our customers

· Operating a Point of Sale system, processing payments and invoices

· Receipting, stocking, and merchandising products for sale

· Accurately taking customer product orders

· Accurately tinting and mixing paint products

· Comfortably lifting up to 15kg paint drums on a regular basis

· Weekend work is required on a rostered basis

You'll be successful in the role if you:

· Have great communication skills

· Are customer-focused and strive for great results

· Have experience in sales/retail

· Have an ethical and professional attitude

Extra Beneficial Skills:

· Experience in the painting industry

· Experience in retail paint sales or decorating
