We're a busy custom joinery workshop with our own in-house paint shop. We build and finish high-end architectural pieces, and we're looking for an extra set of hands to help get everything prepped for paint.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sanding, filling and masking joinery ready for primer and top coat
  • Wiping down and keeping pieces clean before spraying
  • Helping the painters move and set up jobs in the booth
  • Keeping the paint area tidy, tools in order and materials stocked
  • Following basic safety procedures

What We're After

  • Someone who's worked around paint, sanding or prep before (cabinetmaking, shopfitting, auto body or similar – a bonus but not essential)
  • Good eye for detail and takes pride in their work
  • Reliable, can work in with a small team and hit deadlines
  • Willing to learn our way of doing things
