Jonathan at PJB Fencing in Castle Hill, Sydney, is looking for a skilled and experienced Fencing and Gate Installer. You'll install and maintain various fences and gates, including timber, aluminium and steel ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install a variety of fencing including timber, aluminium, and steel
  • Assemble and install gates
  • Measure and cut materials
  • Operate power and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with loading materials onto vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace.
  • Work with a team that focuses on delivering quality outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of fencing installation experience or trade background
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fencing and gate materials, general pool compliance, installation methods, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic sketches and simple technical drawings
  • Skilled in using power and hand tools with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
