Firestorm Motorcycles is built on passion, performance, and bloody good customer service. We're growing fast and looking for a positive, organised, motorcycle-loving team player to jump on board.

We're based in Tweed Heads South — super convenient for anyone local to the Gold Coast or Northern NSW region.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety — one day you're helping riders find the right gear or parts, the next you're processing orders, updating the website, or supporting our sales and admin teams. No two days are the same.


What you'll be doing
  • Accurate data entry and daily order processing
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service (in-store, online and over the phone)
  • General admin support and office tasks
  • Assisting the sales team with enquiries, quotes and follow-ups
  • Pitching in wherever needed to help keep things running smoothly

About you
  • You've spent time on two wheels and know your way around different bikes
  • You enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You're organised, reliable and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • You communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail are a must
  • Motorcycle industry, retail or mechanical experience is a big plus
