About You:

  • Previous experience in the residential building industry (highly desired)
  • Experienced in high-volume administration and customer service
  • Sound understanding of building regulations, codes and plans
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Solve problems proactively while maintaining strong organisational skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient pre-site progress and accurate workflow tracking
  • Pre-site administration lodging Building Approval applications
  • Track all approval stages, ensuring jobs move efficiently through the building approvals process
  • Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely workflow completion
  • Deliver prompt, professional service with regular updates to maintain high client satisfaction
