Positions Available: Bar Staff & Gaming Attendants

Responsibilities:

Bar Staff:

• Welcome and serve patrons with a friendly and professional approach.
• Mix and serve a variety of beverages to our high standards.
• Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and venue regulations.

Gaming Attendants:

• Assist patrons with gaming machines, offering friendly and helpful service.
• Monitor gaming areas to ensure compliance with regulations and venue policies.
• Process cash and gaming credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gaming area.
• Provide information on responsible gaming practices when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• RSA certification is essential.
• RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) is essential.
• ARCG highly favourable
• Experience in gaming or hospitality is a plus.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Shifts:

• Morning, evening, and close shifts available.
• Flexible roster options.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
