About the Role:

We are looking for a Spare Parts Controller to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts and inventory management over two sites in WA.

This hands-on position involves overseeing the procurement, storage and distribution of spare parts to support our Team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to provide quality service
  • Maintain accurate stock levels within our two sites and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • implement and maintain inventory control systems.
  • Receive incoming parts, inspect for accuracy and damage and record deliveries.
  • prepare and dispatch parts to internal departments or external customers as required.
  • Assist with warehouse duties as required.
  • Ensuring the warehouse/stores housekeeping is kept clean and safety standards are met.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Spare Parts Controller (in a related industry).
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong Mechanical attitude.
