The recently redeveloped RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort sits on the pristine shores of Coral Bay, a gateway to the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Marine Park. Featuring 90 modern units, a resort-style pool, ocean-view dining, a contemporary clubhouse, and sustainable features like solar power and EV charging, it offers an unparalleled coastal experience.

Ahead of our grand reopening in mid-2026, we're seeking energetic and guest-focused full-time Food & Beverage Supervisors to support daily operations and ensure excellent service across our dining outlets.

What will you be doing?

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll supervise attendants, support smooth service delivery, and play a hands-on role in creating memorable guest dining experiences.

Your day-to-day impact

  • Supervise and train F&B attendants, ensuring service standards are met.

  • Provide professional, efficient, and tailored service to all guests.

  • Take reservations, greet, and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.

  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and coffee.

  • Assist with rostering, section allocation, and staff training.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints proactively.

  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and harm minimisation policies.

  • Support daily operations including cashiering, stock control, and closing duties.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or resorts, with supervisory experience.

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.

  • Barista and cocktail-making skills essential.

  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

  • RSA and Approved Manager's Licence required.

  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
