Are you an energetic and capable Sports Coach, PE Teacher, Activity Leader, Personal Trainer, PT's, Outdoor Educators, or Team Building Facilitator?

Do you love engaging with groups and leading fun, active sessions?

Thrill Events is on the lookout for confident, outgoing staff to run adult team-based games and group activities in a dynamic setting

Next Event:

Date: Friday 12th December 2025

Time: 1.30pm - 5.30pm

Location: Hobart CBD Tasmania

(Future dates and casual work opportunities available)

Your Role will include:

  • Be the face of Thrill Events in Hobart
  • Welcome participants
  • Stand confidently in front of groups to host activities
  • Deliver clear instructions in a fun and engaging way
  • Facilitate fun and engaging team challenges with energy and professionalism
  • Coordinate and organise support staff to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Distribute and manage activity equipment
  • Time, score and oversee activities
  • Motivate participants and encourage engagement
  • Maintain safety standards and follow protocols

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

  • Confident public speaking and group engagement skills
  • Strong communication and instruction-giving abilities
  • Experience leading and delivering group activities
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate staff under time pressure
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Energetic, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to remain calm, responsive and safety-aware
  • Comfortable facilitating physical, outdoor or active team activities
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured run-sheets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of instructors
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills

Pay rate:

$35 – $65 per hour (all-inclusive incl. super)
