Are you an energetic and capable **Sports Coach, PE Teacher, Activity Leader, Personal Trainer, PT's, Outdoor Educators**, or **Team Building Facilitator**?

Do you love engaging with groups and leading fun, active sessions?

**Thrill Events** is on the lookout for confident, outgoing staff to run adult **team-based games and group activities** in a dynamic setting

**Next Event**:
**Date**: Friday 12th December 2025
**Time**: 1.30pm - 5.30pm
**Location**: Hobart CBD Tasmania

**Your Role will include**:

- Be the face of Thrill Events in Hobart
- Welcome participants
- Stand confidently in front of groups to host activities
- Deliver clear instructions in a fun and engaging way
- Facilitate fun and engaging team challenges with energy and professionalism
- Coordinate and organise support staff to ensure smooth event delivery
- Distribute and manage activity equipment
- Time, score and oversee activities
- Motivate participants and encourage engagement
- Maintain safety standards and follow protocols
- Confident public speaking and group engagement skills
- Strong communication and instruction-giving abilities
- Experience leading and delivering group activities
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate staff under time pressure
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Energetic, positive and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm, responsive and safety-aware
- Comfortable facilitating physical, outdoor or active team activities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured run-sheets
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of instructors
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills

Pay rate:
**$35 - $65 per hour (all-inclusive incl. super)**:

- Rate based on experience and responsibilities_
