Licensed Conveyancer

A position has become available in our Award winning firm for a Licensed Conveyancer - Hybrid a possibility (some days in office in Wollongong, some days working from home).

The successful applicant must:
1. Have their own car and drivers licence;
2. Have a fun and can do attitude;
3. Have the ability to multi task and juggle competing priorities.

4. Have at least one year of Conveyancing experience (preferable);
5. Be able to provide legal advice on residential sales and purchases from start to finish.

1. Demonstrate a very high level of attention to detail;
2. Work well under pressure;
3. Manage your own files;
4. Provide excellent communication with clients, agents, and other parties and stakeholders; and

5. Settle matters on PEXA;
6. Have knowledge of Triconvey (not essential).

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Conveyancing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wollongong, NSW 2500
