What You'll Be Doing

This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the face and voice of our office, providing front-line service and support to our Sales, Property Management, and Livestock teams. Your responsibilities will include:

·       Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

·       Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries confidently

·       Providing day-to-day administrative support across our Property Management, Sales and Livestock departments.

·       Assisting with marketing tasks for Sales and Property Management

·       Accurately tracking and managing keys

·       Supporting property maintenance requests and ensuring timely follow-up

·       Assisting with the leasing process; from enquiry through to application and tenant communication

·       Learning from and collaborating with a supportive, experienced team

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who thrives in a people-focused role and enjoys making a positive impact. Ideally, you'll bring:

·       A friendly, professional communication style and a positive attitude

·       A strong work ethic and proactive approach to getting things done

·       Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

·       A current Certificate of Registration (or in the process of obtaining one)

·       Previous experience in an administrative role (real estate experience highly regarded)

Remuneration:

Remuneration will be based on experience. We are also open to a traineeship for the right candidate.
