At Jindalee Complete Dental, we're a family-owned practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care with a smile. We're seeking a vibrant, friendly, and organised Dental Assistant OR Receptionist to join our supportive team on a casual basis with full-time hours, including Saturday mornings, with the potential to go permanent.

About The Role
You'll be the warm, welcoming face of our practice, managing reception duties efficiently while ensuring our patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
For Receptionist

• Managing appointment bookings and patient enquiries
• Processing HICAPS and health fund claims confidently
• Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the clinical team as needed

For Dental Assistant

• Chairside assisting with dentists during procedures
• Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
• Maintaining infection control standards
• Setting up and packing down treatment rooms
• Supporting patients to feel comfortable during their visits

Who We're Looking For

• A people person with a positive attitude who loves making patients smile
• Organised and reliable, with strong computer skills (Exact software experience an advantage)
• Able to use Gmail and pick up new systems quickly
• Experience in using EXACT software is preferred
• Professional in presentation and communication
• Experience in dental reception is preferred
• For Dental Assistants: Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting preferred (but training provided for the right person)
• For Receptionists: HICAPS/health fund experience highly regarded
