About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate our cranes—including 100-tonne cranes—to lift, move, position, and place materials at construction and industrial sites. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate mobile, tower, overhead, hydraulic, and 100-tonne cranes as assigned
  • Inspect crane and associated equipment daily to ensure safe operation
  • Safely rig, lift, and move materials according to job specifications
  • Collaborate with signal persons, riggers, and site supervisors
  • Maintain accurate equipment logs and report issues immediately
  • Comply with safety regulations and company safety standards

Qualifications

  • Valid Crane Operator certification
  • Must be able to competently operate a 100-tonne crane
  • Minimum 2 years of crane operation experience
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and crane equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
