Geraldton Gascoyne Midwest, Australia Baseball WA Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

As the Regional Servicing Officer for the Midwest region, you will be responsible for the growth and development of baseball, reporting to the BWA Participation Manager. You will work to enhance the reputation of the sport within the community.

This position has a deep focus on developing players, coaches, and supporting volunteers to increase the skill capacity of all members.

Key responsibilities within the Midwest DLGSC region include:

  • Developing and implementing programs designed to prepare Tee-ball players to become Baseball players.
  • Developing and implementing regular season competition for Baseball.
  • Driving coach and umpire development initiatives.
  • Organising and running school holiday camps and Sporting Schools programs.
  • Coordinating travel teams.

The successful candidate will be provided with Key Performance Indicators annually, in line with the position's responsibilities. This role requires a demonstrated ability to work independently to achieve agreed outcomes.
