Redcape Hospitality is looking to recruit a passionate hospitality professional to join the Leadership Team at The Wattle Hotel as our Gaming Supervisor. You would assist your Gaming Manager to successfully run the business' gaming related operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, where you would assist your Gaming Manager to take carriage of general gaming operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Leading a team of gaming staff, as we strive to offer extraordinary customer experiences.
  • Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
  • Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
  • Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with your Hotel's operating hours.

  • RSA, RSG & CLO qualifications are essential (or willingness to obtain).
  • RMLV would be beneficial but not a mandatory requirement.
  • Experience in the same or a similar role is preferrable, but may not be a mandatory requirement for the right candidate.
