**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, efficient and reliable Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Food and Beverage Manager, supervising the day to day running of our Restaurant, Café and Bar.

Key responsibilities include:

- With the support of the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training and inspiring a team of approximately 45 casual and permanent employees.
- Manage staff rosters using the HumanForce system.
- Take reservations, set up functions and greet guests.
- Support your team by assisting in sections, running the pass, taking orders and ensuring you have a great overview of the business.
- You will be responsible for the customer experience by delivering exceptional service, building an amazing culture and engaging with the established regular members to ensure return business.

**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience leading a team, with a calm presence but dynamic service style
- Love of Hospitality with 2 years' experience
- Lots of energy and an enthusiastic and positive personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service standards and skills
- Experience setting up for functions, running sections and running a pass
- Hold current RSA and RSG certificates
