Role Description

This is a full-time or Party time on-site role for a Sales Associate and Area Manager located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Sales Associate or Area Manger will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property tours, handling negotiations, and closing sales. The role also includes market research, developing sales strategies, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends in the area.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of real estate market and negotiation skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management and client interaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in market research and sales strategy development
  • Valid real estate agent rep certificate IV or willingness to obtain one
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is advantageous
