Are you passionate about fine dining and wine? Do you want to work in a high-profile, fast-paced Italian restaurant that offers a truly luxurious experience?

a'Mare, a traditional Italian fine-dining restaurant with an extensive wine cellar, is seeking Senior Sommeliers to join our team of industry professionals.

Located in one of Sydney's most prestigious locations, a'Mare boasts an award-winning wine list, having won the Best New Wine List at the 2021 Best Wine List of the Year Awards, Australia.

Essential requirement:

  • Australian Working Rights
  • Current NSW RSA Certificate
  • Expertise in Wine and Food Pairing: Focus on Italian, French, and Australian wines
  • Fluent Spoken English
  • Formal Hospitality Qualifications or/and
  • Minimum of 12-36months of Employment Experience
  • A Positive Attitude Toward Customer Service and Teamwork
  • Well presented and high grooming standards
  • Prior experience with POS systems
