As Terra Mining continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join the maintenance team.

About the Position

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for fitting, repairing and replacing of tyres for all mobile equipment on site.

As part of the maintenance team, you will carry out tyre servicing and maintenance on a fleet of heavy mobile mining equipment while adhering to the safety protocols and procedures.

What we are seeking

A Tyre Fitter who is motivated and values safety first in everything they do, including looking out for their teammates.

  • HD Tyre Fitting Trade Certificate (Cert II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology or OTR Tyre Fitting Course)
  • Experience as a Tyre Fitter working with heavy mobile plant
  • Mining industry or OEM experience
  • Experience operating a Wheel Loader Tyre Handler
  • Positive attitude to teamwork and safety
  • A valid Australian drivers licence (HR preferred).

You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
