Vogue Building Group is a leading Building company dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient solutions in construction. We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in project management and engineering.

Position Summary:

As a Project Management / Engineering Intern, you will assist with the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects under the supervision of experienced professionals. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in managing timelines, coordinating teams, and applying engineering principles in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers and Engineers in project planning, tracking, and documentation
  • Assist in preparing project reports, technical documentation, and status updates
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Attend project meetings and contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving discussions
  • Help in developing process improvements and project workflows
  • Conduct research and analysis to support engineering or project goals
  • Monitor project schedules and update Gantt charts or task boards (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, timelines, and budget constraints

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Familiarity with engineering tools or CAD software (if applicable to industry)
  • Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
