About the Role

AGP Plumbing & Gas is expanding across Western Melbourne and we're looking for a qualified Plumber or A-Grade Electrician to join our team. You'll be delivering quality installations across:

  • Split system air conditioning
  • Ducted reverse-cycle
  • Heat pump hot water systems
  • Appliance installs like cooktops, ovens, and dishwashers (energy upgrades)

We offer a casual, team-oriented environment where everyone pitches in, and there's room to grow if you're motivated and take initiative. You'll be backed by solid admin systems (Tradify + Xero), a supportive crew, and a consistent pipeline of energy upgrade work.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Install A/C systems (split and ducted)
  • Install or replace appliances as part of rebate programs
  • Commission and test heat pump hot water systems
  • Fault-find air con or gas units (if licensed)
  • Use Tradify for job notes, checklists, and photo documentation
  • Collaborate with other plumbers, sparkies, and our admin team

What We're Looking For
  • Licensed Plumber or A-Grade Electrician
  • Experience with A/C installs, heat pumps, or appliances
  • Takes pride in neat, safe work
  • Reliable and communicates well with customers
  • Confident working solo or with apprentices
  • Holds VBA licence, Electrical Licence or ARCtick
