We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to manage the end-to-end accounts payable process across Australia and New Zealand. This full-time role sits within our dynamic Finance team and reports to the Business Controller.

About the Role

This is a vital opportunity to step into a key position within our Finance team. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers, partners, and employees. Reporting to the Business Controller, you'll be central to maintaining financial control and supporting our broader commercial success across the ANZ region.

What You'll Do

  • Process and manage supplier invoices, purchase orders and expenses

  • Maintain and reconcile creditor accounts accurately

  • Manage expense and corporate credit card transactions

  • Ensure precise coding and journal entries for daily bank statements

  • Assist with month-end closing activities, reporting, and accruals

  • Coordinate international and manual payments as required

  • Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and other finance tasks

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

What You'll Bring

  • 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable or finance administration

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail with data and systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting platforms

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data
