ICBM SERVICES PTY LTD is looking for an experienced

Carpenter

for our client's construction industry(residential homes, commercial buildings, and publicspaces) across NSW, WA in Australia.

On a full-timebasis

, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team.

Title:Carpenter, Full-time position

Salary:$ 85,000.00 to 95,000.00 plus super

Work Location:

In person.

We are looking for applicants who demonstrate thefollowing:

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and commitment tohigh-quality workmanship

Valid driver's license and own transport(preferred)

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technicaldrawings.

· Physical stamina and strength.

· Attention to detail and precision.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings,blueprints, and engineering plans

to preciselymeasure, cut, and assemble materials.

Construct, install, and repair structures

suchas walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, door frames,windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.

Ensure all work complies with building codes,safety regulations, and quality standards.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavymachinery

safely and efficiently.

Estimate materials, labor, and costs

neededfor carpentry projects and prepare detailed workplans.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, andclients

to ensure the project specifications aremet.

Supervise and coordinate with juniorcarpenters and other workers

on the job site.

Inspect completed work for quality andaccuracy

before final installation or handover.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

during and after the project completion.

Troubleshoot and solve on-site problems

quickly to keep projects on schedule.
