About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Supervisor to join our Concrete Systems division. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this onsite role is based out of our Chirnside Park location.

What You'll Do:
Make a Difference
As our
Purchasing Supervisor
you will:

Lead a team managing the purchasing of finished goods, raw materials, and spare parts across ANZ to meet stock availability and inventory targets (MOH), supporting business growth and customer service levels.

Innovate And Solve Problems
Apply the MRD model and ITW's 80/20 processes to improve forecasting, prevent obsolete stock, and negotiate with suppliers on minimum order quantities and lead times.

Collaborate
Build strong relationships with our local and international suppliers to optimise delivery performance and partner with internal teams to ensure timely communication on shipment and backorder status.

Continuous Improvement
Champion planning simplification, drive system accuracy, and participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives aligned to our strategic goals.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in supply chain or procurement
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing and supply planning systems and processes
  • Intermediate Excel and analytical skills
