Part Time Supervisor - Pet Care & Wellness Specialist - Petbarn Caroline Springs

Join Petbarn Caroline Springs as a Part Time Supervisor (approx. 25 hours per week). You'll help pet parents make the best choices for their pets by offering expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products. You'll create connections, build trust, and contribute to the wellbeing of pets and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervisory assistance to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
  • Provide knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
  • Build relationships with customers, offering warm, genuine service
  • Train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence, meet business objectives and maintain best practice
  • Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
  • Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
  • Open and close the store with associated security tasks

About You
  • A natural love for animals and people
  • At least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer
  • Friendly, patient, and eager to help
  • Organised and detail-oriented
