As our ECT you will:

  • Create dynamic and engaging educational programs tailored for kindergarten children
  • Provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff
  • Deliver inclusive, high-quality early childhood education experiences
  • Actively participate in ongoing professional and personal development
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date programs, observations, evaluations, and portfolios
  • Design an environment that is engaging, stimulating, and visually appealing
  • Ensure full compliance with all policies, procedures, legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Promote the service positively within the local community, reflecting its Vision, Mission, and Values

What you will need:

  • An ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) from the Queensland Government
  • Position may require being the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the Director
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, Behavioural Management Framework and National Law/Regulations
  • Conversant with Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
