We are seeking Volunteer Peer Group Hosts to help bring these meet-ups to life in local communities. As a host, you don't need to be an expert just a mum with lived experience and a warm, welcoming presence.

You'll help create a relaxed environment where everyone feels comfortable to chat, connect, and belong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and introduce attendees at each monthly meet-up
  • Encourage inclusive conversation and ensure everyone feels heard
  • Keep the group atmosphere supportive, safe, and judgment-free
  • Share any updates, resources, or materials provided by the organisation
  • Provide feedback after sessions to help us improve

What We're Looking For

  • A mother of a neurodivergent child (autism, ADHD, PDA, learning differences, etc.)
  • Friendly, approachable, and a good listener
  • Comfortable hosting small groups in a casual café or community setting
  • Reliable and able to commit to one session per month
