About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our small Cairns team as an Air Conditioning Cleaning Technician. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in attention to detail, and provides outstanding customer service. A company vehicle is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform air conditioning cleaning and sanitising services to a high standard
  • Maintain and care for all equipment and the company vehicle
  • Work independently after training to manage daily appointments
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Work regularly both indoors and outdoors, including in the NQ heat
  • Follow company safety and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Current Drivers licence
  • Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills
  • Physically fit, able lo lift 20 kgs and capable of handling a demanding workload
  • Ability to work comfortably on ladders
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously
  • Able to withstand working in hot environments in summer
  • National Police Check
