Key responsiblities

Pastry Chef

  • PREPARE AND BAKE PASTRIES, CAKES, TARTS, BREADS, AND OTHER DESSERTS.
  • DEVELOP NEW RECIPES AND SEASONAL MENU ITEMS IN LINE WITH CUSTOMER PREFERENCES AND TRENDS.
  • ENSURE HIGH STANDARDS OF FOOD QUALITY, CONSISTENCY, AND PRESENTATION
  • COMPLY WITH FOOD SAFETY AND HYGIENE REGULATIONS.
  • TRAIN AND SUPERVISE JUNIOR KITCHEN STAFF WHEN NECESSARY.
  • MONITOR INGREDIENT INVENTORY AND COORDINATE SUPPLY ORDERS.
  • MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS AND ORGANIZATION IN THE KITCHEN AND PASTRY WORK AREAS.

Barista/ All-rounder

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the counter, seating area, and equipment.
  • Handle cash and process transactions using the POS system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
