About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable in Xero
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and bank reconciliations
  • Tracking job costs, labour, and materials through Simpro
  • Preparing BAS reports, payroll journals, and supplier statements
  • Assisting with budgeting, reporting, and cashflow management
  • Handling general office administration and document control
  • Communicating with clients, suppliers, and field teams

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with management and operations to keep everything running smoothly.

About You

You're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy but supportive team environment.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration
  • Strong Xero skills (essential)
  • Experience with Simpro (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
  • Clear communication and a can-do attitude

Experience in plumbing, construction, or trades industries will be highly regarded.
