Franky & Co is one of Sydney's fastest-growing café and cake brands, known for our donuts, cakes, and signature coffee. With over 20 stores (and more opening soon), our central warehouse and production facility are the heart of our operation — ensuring every store receives the quality products our customers love.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Team Member to join our dedicated team full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch of goods to stores
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming stock with accuracy and care.
  • Maintain inventory controls and accurately record stock movements.
  • Work in freezer and coolroom environments as part of daily stock handling and dispatch
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised while maximising space.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles safely.
  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse / delivery team to ensure timely store deliveries.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-focused attitude with good communication skills
  • Current driver's licence
