FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT - THE LOUISE - BAROSSA VALLEY

The Louise – nestled among gently rolling hills in the Barossa, The Louise will offer guests a stylish escape complete with private villa-style suites and world-class dining at Appellation.

We now looking for a seasoned professional to join the team at The Louise.

Appellation Restaurant celebrates the abundance of fresh ingredients sourced from South Australia's food and wine region.  Whilst 'Contour' offers a more relaxed, casual style offer.

We are looking for a service professional to work over both venues.

The Role;

  • Working with our team both on the floor of each venue, as well as behind the bar.
  • Work to deliver an exceptional and personal guest experience
  • Ensuring the presentation of the restaurant is maintained to the highest standard
  • This is a part time role offering approximately 25 hours a week

What we're looking for;

  • Experience in a similar role advantageous
  • A knowledge and passion for food and beverage
  • Section wait staff experience in a similar setting
  • Experience serving wine in a restaurant setting
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Ideally knowledge of local SA wines
