About the role
Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a dedicated Nurse Educator to join the Operating Theatres team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of nursing education programs across the perioperative service.
Your work will support the growth and development of nursing staff by promoting evidence-based, person-centred care, and ensuring clinical practice aligns with current standards and best practice guidelines. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to education and excellence in a dynamic, high-performing surgical environment.
