About the role
Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our dedicated Paediatric team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and evaluating clinical education programs at the ward level, supporting the professional development of nursing staff.
You will provide hands-on clinical supervision and foster a learning environment that promotes evidence-based, person-centred care. Your work will align with the standards, policies, and procedures of the NSW Ministry of Health and relevant regulatory bodies, ensuring high-quality care for our youngest patients and their families.
