Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Development Draftsperson based in Docklands, VIC with some work from home flexibility. The Development Draftsperson will be responsible for creating detailed architectural master drawings, preparing and reviewing drafts, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and SLHC. Additional tasks include coordinating with production drafting team, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure masters specifications are met.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in architectural drafting and drawing software AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing architectural masters and converting autocad masters to revit.
  • Maintaining revit families and building them as required.
  • Understanding of building regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in architectural drafting or a related field
  • Previous experience in residential construction is a must.
