Roles Available:

Community Nurse (Clinical Care )

  • Conduct wound assessments and provide appropriate care
  • Chronic Disease Management
  • Post-Hospital / Discharge Care
  • Catheter, Stoma, and Continence Care
  • Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and family members as required
  • Administer medications and monitor vital signs
  • Provide health education and support for clients and families
  • Respond to urgent care needs within scope of practice

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Compassionate, patient-centred approach
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel locally to client homes

Start Date: TBA

Pay: $51.00 – $102.28 per hour
