Your Mission (Should You Accept It):

  • Craft and serve cocktails that aren't just drinks—they're experiences.
  • Keep your bar spotless, organised, and ready for action.

  • Handle transactions smoothly while keeping everything compliant with RSA guidelines.
  • Collaborate on special menus and seasonal creations, because good enough isn't enough.

Who We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of cocktail bartending experience (busy or high-end venues preferred).
  • RSA Certification—no exceptions.
  • Deep knowledge of both classic and modern cocktails.
  • A customer-first mindset that turns guests into fans.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and jump into shifts on-demand.
  • Nights, weekends, or whenever your skills are needed—flexibility is part of the game.
