Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering jobs for Import AIR and SEA shipments
  • Liaising with clients to gather and confirm customs documentation
  • Arranging transportation and deliveries
  • Lodging COLS documentation, with DAFF (quarantine).
  • Monitoring and following up on customs clearance statuses using ICS and 1-stop systems
  • Trouble shooting and providing prompt, accurate responses to our clients.
  • Export job's as well, if you have not been exposed to exports, we will take the time to train you, to provide you with further skills in the industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in international freight forwarding and customs brokerage is ideal.
  • Proficiency with CargoWise platform is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
  • Both Import and Export sea (FCL and LCL) and air experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and client liaison skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Outstanding time management skills and thrives working under pressure and to deadlines.
