About the Role

We're seeking a friendly and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team in a casual capacity. This flexible position is perfect for someone looking for part-time work with varying hours based on clinic needs and your availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations
• Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries via phone, email, on-line and in-person
• Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems
• Assist with insurance claims and billing procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure clinic cleanliness
• Support the chiropractor with basic clinical tasks as needed
• Engage in marketing and clinic promotions
• Handle payment processing and cash handling
• Manage inventory of office and clinical supplies

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in healthcare administration preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and familiarity with practice management software (training provided)
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion
• Flexible availability including evenings
