Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems
- Assist with insurance claims and billing procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure clinic cleanliness
- Support the chiropractor with basic clinical tasks as needed
- Engage in marketing and clinic promotions
- Handle payment processing and cash handling
- Manage inventory of office and clinical supplies

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in healthcare administration preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and familiarity with practice management software (training provided)
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion
- Flexible availability including evenings
