The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a versatile role covering one or multiple channels including on-premise (restaurants, bars, hotels), independent and major retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian wine market, a love for premium wines, and the drive to build lasting customer relationships. You'll work autonomously from home while collaborating closely with our family and marketing team to expand our footprint nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across on-premise, retail, and online channels.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Drive brand awareness and new business opportunities through tastings, events, and partnerships.
  • Manage e-commerce growth and support online promotions and member sales programs.
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining the brand's premium positioning.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless order delivery.

About You

  • Proven experience in wine, beverage, or FMCG sales (multi-channel experience preferred).
  • Strong network within on-premise and/or retail wine channels.
  • Passionate about wine and knowledgeable about premium and boutique labels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems or e-commerce sales platforms is a plus.
