We're seeking a polished, friendly, and responsible Door Attendant / Concierge to be the first point of contact at high-end retail boutiques in the heart of the city. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure, professional environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and open the door for all customers
  • Maintain a professional presence at the store entrance
  • Assist with general customer inquiries and provide a welcoming experience
  • Ensure the area is safe, clean, and presentable at all times
  • Observe entry activity and act with discretion when neededNote: This role requires standing for extended periods while stationed at the entrance.

  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and service-oriented attitude

Preferred :

  • Concierge, hospitality, or security experience
  • NSW Security Licence is highly regarded
  • Full work rights in Australia

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 40 per week
