About Onslow Iron

Our Onslow Iron project is set to redefine mining in Western Australia through world-first autonomous road trains, industry leading dust free transport and innovative transhipping.

Taking shape 150 kilometres east of Onslow, the project will ship around 35 million tonnes of iron ore per year and is expected to have a mine life of more than 30 years.

The project will encompass the Ken's Bore mine (approximately 150km from Onslow), Onslow Port infrastructure and Onslow the Truck Maintenance Facility.

The Opportunity

You will play a crucial part within our Heavy Haulage Team operating a fleet of well-maintained Kenworth 18 speeds with quad and triple configuration side tippers carting ore.

These are permanent full-time position based on a 2/1 or 4/2 roster with rotating day and night shifts, offering Fly In, Fly Out from Perth WA and Brisbane QLD.

What is required?


• Unrestricted Australian MC License


• 3 years' recent experience MC driving history


• Minimum 18 months heavy haulage experience within a mining or related heavy industry environment


• Experience with side tipping


• A strong commitment to safety and quality of work


• Sound communication and time management skills


• Australian Work Rights
