About the Role We're seeking experienced MC Drivers to join a well-run WA logistics operator delivering general freight, "ugly freight," and project loads across Western Australia. This is a permanent role with a consistent 12 days on / 2 days off fatigue rotation.

You'll be working with a modern fleet, hauling road trains across the state, with hands-on responsibilities including loading, unloading, and tyre work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hauling general, project, and oversized freight across WA (north & south runs).
  • Operating Volvo & Mack prime movers (all automatic, fitted with inverters & microwaves).
  • Loading/unloading trailers and handling tyre changes.
  • Double Road Train operation, including dolly hook-up and reversing.
  • Flexibility for overnight work and remote runs, including time away from home.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' MC driving experience (road train experience essential).
  • Hands-on attitude — happy to load, unload, and manage your own truck.
  • Fatigue Management Certificate, White Card, and MSIC (preferred, not essential).
  • Physically fit, reliable, and flexible with rosters.
  • Must be committed to working 12 on / 2 off roster — no variations.

What's in it for You

  • $36/hr for local work *negotiable for the right person*
  • $43/hr for long haul while in town
  • $0.57/km linehaul rate once on the road (reverts to $43/hr at destination)
  • $43/hr for loading/unloading (2 hrs per trailer at both ends)
  • Incentives:
  • $100/week driver bonus ($2,600 at 26 weeks, can be drawn down)
  • $60/night cab allowance

Roster & Hours

  • 12 days on, 2 days off fatigue rotation
  • Standard 7:00am – 3:30pm hours, flexibility required for remote runs
  • Some local work (2–3 days at $36–$43/hr) before northern runs
