Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and accurately dispense prescriptions using FRED Dispense.
  • Engage with customers, providing clear communication about their prescriptions and entitlements under PBS.
  • Support our patients through the provision of advice on a diverse range of products and services.
  • Support the team with managing purchasing tasks to ensure seamless operations.

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: The ability to inspire confidence and foster trust with our customers.
  • FRED Dispense Proficiency: Experience with this system would be highly regarded (but is not imperative if willing to learn.)
  • Strong Inventory Management Skills: Proven ability to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Organisational Excellence: Superior time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: A commitment to accuracy and follow through with all tasks.
  • Initiative and Independence: Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and accurately dispense prescriptions using FRED Dispense.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about their prescriptions and entitlements under PBS.
  • Provide therapeutic advice and recommendations based on your expertise.
  • Manage dispensary purchasing, inventory levels, and overall stock control to ensure smooth operations.
