  • About the Role:

As a Grill Chef, your primary responsibility is to skillfully operate the grilling station to ensure that the food is perfectly prepared and cooked.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables on a grill according to established recipes and standards.
  • Monitoring grill temperatures and adjusting as necessary to ensure food is cooked properly.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the grill area, including regularly cleaning the grill surface and surrounding area.
  • Training and supervising junior kitchen staff assigned to the grill station.
  • Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $52,717.37 – $81,759.89 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
