Graduate Asset Engineer

Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a motivated Graduate Asset Engineer to join our Engineering & Asset Management team in Melbourne. You'll work alongside industry experts to deliver high-quality asset management services, from developing asset management plans and conducting lifecycle modelling to creating reports/dashboards and innovative process improvement projects.

Job Description

About the Role

  • Asset data collection, analysis, and reporting

  • Developing lifecycle cost models and capital works plans

  • Assisting with maintenance strategy implementation and compliance

  • Contributing to reporting and data improvement initiatives and innovative projects

  • Working closely with internal teams, service providers, and client stakeholders

About You

  • Engineering or related qualification (mandatory)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; PowerBI or coding experience highly regarded

  • Understanding of building systems such as HVAC, Electrical, and Fire

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills

  • Detail-focused with a proactive, collaborative mindset
